Attention Middle Schoolers! Want to continue building up your fundamentals and improving your skills while loving the game of volleyball?! Join us in Saco for our FUN middle school league where we get to continue to learn how to pass, set, serve, attack and understand all the basic movements of the game. Based on skill level and/or age, we will divide onto multiple courts to enhance appropriate skill development.
Each Monday session will have practice drills for at least an hour and a half and then mini games for at least 30 minutes. On our last day of league, Wednesday 10/15, we will have a playday with surrounding schools and we will scrimmage and/or play some games.
